Octopus Notecard - Salish Scenes Collection
One warm Spring day, my family and I found this octopus on a beach on Blake Island, a small island in the middle of Puget Sound. We stopped and watched him for a long time as he furled and unfurled his arms. Watercolor was the perfect medium to capture the beautiful sheen of this fascinating creature’s wet, glistening skin.

The watercolor image wraps ever so slightly around to the back of the card.
